Does TVELM offer part-time childcare or preschool?

➝ We are a full-time only childcare and preschool.

Tuition covers care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You are welcome to drop off and pick up your child at any time within these hours.

For the best learning experience, we encourage drop-off by 8:00 AM to ensure your child benefits from the full academic program.

If you choose to keep your child home on a specific day, that is completely fine, but tuition remains the same.

How is monthly tuition calculated?

Tuition is based on service days per school calendar year (Monday - Friday), which includes paid breaks and holidays.

You can find our school calendar under Next Steps.

To calculate the monthly tuition, we follow this formula:

Daily Rate x Service Days = Annual Cost

Annual Cost ÷ 12 Months = Monthly Tuition

Example Calculations by Age Group:

Example of tuition cost with 260 service days in the school year.

➝ Dreamers (6 weeks - 1 year)

$45 per day × 260 days = $11,700 per year

$11,700 ÷ 12 months = $975.00 per month

➝ Explorers (1 - 2.5 years)

$45 per day × 260 days = $11,700 per year

$11,700 ÷ 12 months = $975.00 per month

➝ Inventors (2.5 - 3 years)

$43 per day × 260 days = $11,180 per year

$11,180 ÷ 12 months = $931.67 per month

➝ Little Learners (3 - 5 years)

$43 per day × 260 days = $11,180 per year

$11,180 ÷ 12 months = $931.67 per month

Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of holidays or closures, as it is calculated on an annual basis and divided evenly over 12 months.

Extended Care Fees are billed separately at $7 per hour, per child, per day, and are due weekly.
